A Houston outreach ministry with open hands.
Disciples Global Outreach is a Houston-based nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness with meals, prayer, encouragement, and practical care.
We believe ministry starts by showing up with warmth, consistency, and dignity. Our work is local, personal, and built through volunteers, donors, churches, and community partners.
